JUST HOW CRAZY I FEEL TODAY. MAN.
I'M ECSTATIC. I CAN:T WAIT FOR THE FUTURE TO COME. TODAY'S PROGRAMME WAS FANTASTIC. IT WAS SOME CRAZY ROLLER COASTER RIDE OF FUN FUN FUN. NOT JUST THE FUN. BUT THE AWESOMENESS OF THE LESSONS I LEARNT TODAY.

brent's right. this has changed my life, forever. only half way through and i'm PSYCHED. we went through so many kinds of skills, namely life skills. oh man. getting so pumped up. getting into the right mind set. attitude. MOTIVATION. stepping out of our comfort zones. the most few awesome things, is the BREAKING THROUGH THE NEGATIVE THINGS IN LIFE, NOT LETTING THEM GET TO ME FROM BECOMING WHO I REALLY WANNA BE. TO ACHIEVE MY GOALS , ASPIRATIONS, DREAMS. I CAN I CAN I CAN I CAN AND I CAN! -get a hug. :D

and visualisation. GOSH. experienced some intense emotions there. i saw myself in the future. 1 year from now.. 5 years from now.. 10.. 20.. 30.. and GOSH its was AN AMAZING future. THE BEST PART? I CAN DO IT. I CAN MAKE IT. I BELIVE IN MYSELF. I SEE IT, AND I CAN DO IT. thats a whole lot of motivation itself. 1 years time is one of the most COOLEST things ever. next turning point would be where my kid comes in. but but but. NEXT YEAR IS GOING TO BE THE BEST YEARS FROM YOUNG ADULT LIFE I'm GOING TO EVER HAVE.

i wanna do SO MANY THINGS. i wanna have long morning walks in a forest. preferably fall or spring, i wanna GO CLIMB MOUNT EVEREST SOMEDAY. I WANNA DO SO MANY THINGS! I HAVE SO MANY GOALS THAT WERE LOST ALONG THE WAY. ALRIGHT. I"M GOING TO JOIN THE TEAM SOMEDAY. HELP OUT BRENT AND TACKY . I"M GOING GOING OIGN GOIN....DID IT!
